01 Definitions and Interpretation

In these terms and conditions ("Terms"), the words and expressions listed below are used with specific meanings. It is important for every user to understand these definitions.

1.1 Key Terms

• "Platform" or "Site" — the baji x website and all related pages and services.
• "User" or "Member" — any person who has completed registration on baji x and is using the site's services.
• "Account" — the personal profile created through registration, through which a member accesses the platform.
• "Balance" — the total amount held in an account (own funds and bonuses combined).
• "Bonus" — additional credit given by the platform for promotional purposes, which becomes withdrawable upon meeting specified wagering conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the specified multiplier indicating the total amount that must be wagered before winnings derived from a bonus can be withdrawn.
• "Net Loss" — the amount remaining after subtracting total winnings from total losses over a defined period.

In these Terms, singular and plural forms, and masculine and feminine genders, are used as applicable. Where any term is unclear in interpretation, the decision of the baji x authority shall be considered final.

02 Eligibility and Account Registration

To open an account and use services on the baji x platform, the following conditions must be met.

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to register on baji x and take part in any casino or betting activity. Accounts belonging to underage users will be closed immediately and all related transactions will be considered void. baji x may request age verification documents at any time if needed.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each user may open only one account. If a person is found to hold multiple accounts, this will be treated as evidence of fraud, and all accounts along with their balances may be forfeited. Operating multiple accounts from the same IP address, browser fingerprint, or payment method also constitutes a violation of this policy.

2.3 Registration Information

All information provided at registration — name, date of birth, address, mobile number — must be accurate and truthful. Opening an account with false information is a direct violation of these Terms. If information does not match during a future verification process, the account may be suspended and withdrawals may be withheld.

2.4 Geographic Restrictions

baji x services may not be available to users in certain countries or regions. It is entirely the user's own responsibility to use the site in compliance with the laws and regulations of their local area.

03 Account Verification and Security

Identity verification of members (KYC — Know Your Customer) is an important security measure at baji x. This process helps prevent fraud, money laundering, and participation by underage users.

3.1 Identity Verification

Before a first withdrawal, or at any time baji x considers it necessary, members may be asked to submit any one of the following documents:

• National ID Card (NID) — clear photos of both sides
• Passport — scan of the information page
• Driving licence
• Proof of address — a utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months

3.2 Payment Method Verification

The payment method used (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account) must be registered in the name of the member themselves. If a third-party payment method is used, the transaction may be cancelled.

3.3 Password Security

It is entirely the member's responsibility to keep their account password confidential. The password should not be shared with any third party. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify the baji x support team immediately.

3.4 OTP Verification

An OTP may be sent to verify your mobile number. This code should not be given to anyone — no baji x staff member will ever ask you for your OTP.

04 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

Specific policies are followed for depositing and withdrawing funds on baji x. Please follow the rules below carefully to keep transactions simple, fast, and secure.

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

Members can deposit funds into their account via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount by any method is ৳100.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

Withdrawals can also be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.

4.3 Withdrawal Prerequisites

• The account must be fully verified.
• If an active bonus is present, the associated wagering requirement must be met.
• The withdrawal method must be consistent with the deposit method.

4.4 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Transactions in cryptocurrency or foreign currency are not supported.

05 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

baji x offers various promotional offers and bonuses. Each bonus has its own terms and wagering requirements. It is important to read the relevant terms carefully before claiming a bonus.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. Before the bonus amount becomes withdrawable, bets totalling 15 times the bonus amount must be placed. For example — depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, making the balance ৳3,000; to become eligible for withdrawal, bets of ৳2,000 × 15 = ৳30,000 must be placed.

5.2 General Rules for Bonus Use

• A bonus may only be claimed once per account.
• The bonus amount is not real money — it cannot be withdrawn before the wagering conditions are met.
• If the validity period of a bonus expires, it will be cancelled automatically.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless clearly stated in the relevant offer.
• baji x reserves the right to cancel a bonus if fraud or system abuse is suspected.

5.3 Other Promotional Offers

06 Betting and Gaming Rules

The baji x platform offers sports betting, casino games, slots, live casino, virtual sports, and many other types of entertainment. The following general rules apply to each section.

6.1 General Betting Rules

• A bet that has been confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled — except where a cashout feature is available in the relevant game or section.
• Odds or payouts displayed incorrectly due to a technical error are automatically void.
• baji x's official records and data feeds are final in determining game results.
• Deliberately exploiting system errors to earn money is prohibited.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

In all sports including cricket and football, if a match is abandoned or postponed, the settlement of that bet will be determined according to specific rules. If the result changes due to field conditions, weather, or other reasons, the official scorecard is final.

6.3 Live Betting

baji x is not liable for any loss caused by disconnection or delay when placing bets on ongoing events. Odds change rapidly in live betting; the odds at the moment a bet is confirmed are the ones that apply.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the baji x platform. Any involvement in such activities will result in the permanent closure of the account and forfeiture of the balance.

• Operating multiple accounts in the same person's name.
• Placing artificial bets through linked accounts to take advantage of the bonus system (bonus hunting or bonus abuse).
• Fraud, hacking, malware, or any form of technical manipulation.
• Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources.
• Using a third party's account or payment method.
• Impersonating baji x or its staff.
• Collecting or using the personal information of other members.
• Placing bets using automated bots, scripts, or software.
• Operating an account on behalf of an underage person.

08 Account Suspension and Closure

baji x reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time at its own discretion. This decision is generally taken in the following circumstances.

8.1 Reasons for Suspension

• Violation of any part of these Terms.
• Failure to submit correct documents during the verification process.
• Suspicious transactions or signs of manipulation.
• A court order or request from a law enforcement agency.
• A security review in the interest of protecting the account.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

If a member wishes to close their account themselves, they can contact baji x via live chat or email. Any remaining balance should be withdrawn before closure.

8.3 Balance of a Closed Account

The bonus balance of an account closed due to a breach of Terms will be forfeited. However, baji x will review whether verified personal deposits can be returned through a defined process.

09 Limitation of Liability

baji x will not be liable for compensation in the following circumstances when using the platform.

• If a bet or game ends mid-way due to internet disconnection or network issues.
• If any loss occurs due to a fault in third-party software or devices.
• If the service is disrupted due to unforeseen circumstances — such as natural disasters, power outages, or government directives.
• If a member's login credentials are compromised due to their own carelessness.
• Temporary service interruptions during scheduled technical maintenance of the platform.
